TM User: Platform Overview for PM (TM101a-PM)

Description

This course is the first course any new user should take; it starts with an overview of the platform and then explains and demonstrates each and every part of the platform relevant to those in a Project Management role.

The platform is intended to be used to facilitate three main activities:

1) Discovery and maintain clear insight into an IT Estate with greater efficiency and purpose

2) Planning for the inevitable changes to the IT Estate from both a business and technical perspective

3) Execution planned changes by orchestrating the vital human and automated tasks

Each of these three high level activities will be explored in subsequent courses that focus on strategies of how to use features within the platform to unlock the true capabilities of the our software.
